Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We are a small, family-owned business and we do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. Typically we will ship your items within 5 business days of the time of your order. 

We ship via USPS (Post Office) and UPS depending on your shipping address and the size and weight of the package. Once we ship your order you will receive your tracking number via email. We spend a lot of effort and care in packaging each item in order to ensure safe delivery to you. 

If you do happen to receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please send us an email to cs@enchantedtalavera.com with your order number and we will happily resolve the issue to the best of our ability. 

Returns:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive a refund to the original payment method minus shipping charges.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned to us in non damaged and sellable condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal here
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email. The cost of this pre paid label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  4. Package your items carefully using the original packaging and send all items back to us using the shipping label provided. Items must be received back in sellable and non damaged condition.
